Appointment Policies

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We ask that you show consideration by notifying our office at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment. We would like to have the opportunity to offer that appointment to another patient who is sick or hurt and in need of seeing the doctor. BoxBar Vascular charges a $150 cancellation fee for no shows or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. At BoxBar Beauty the cancellation fee is $75. We require a credit card on file for this purpose—like hairdressers, spa business and other appointment service industries. Please be courteous and call if you cannot come for your scheduled appointment. Thank you!

Financial Responsibility

All cosmetic packages of sclerotherapy, laser services, injection services, facial packages are non-transferable and non-refundable to other individuals.
